Returns & Exchanges

In cases where the item is damaged or defective,we shall send you a new one.At this time, we are unable to do exchanges

In case an item arrives when damaged or is defective, we take evidence in form of photographs from the customer and then send a replacement.

At this time , we can only handle product replacement in case of defects

Deliveries, at the moment are possible in United Kingdom and the rest of Europe

Only when the item is defective of damaged at delivery, we shall replace it

At this time , because we only do replacements for either damaged or defective goods, if the item was initially qualified for free shipping,then Yes.

If the item didn’t qualify for free shipping, we will handle the replacement but the customer pays for delivery.

When availabe, Gift Card purchases are done directly on the website.

Shipping & recent orders

Once an order has been paid for, it will then be packed and sent via our designated courier company.
